Job Description:

Looking to hire some hungry folks that enjoy the butterflies and the highs that come with sales. As some wise man said "Ideal candidate will be brimming with ego and stupidity. But somewhere deep down inside a clarity of thought and a sense of purpose.

Play an active role in influencing the top line of the company by building a healthy sales pipeline. The candidate should be revenue focused and driven. He will lead by example with personal sales revenue targets.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Interact with some of the top business leaders of the world to understand and assist with their analytics needs.

- Build the Outbound sales program to deliver monthly sales revenue goals.

- Create relationships with prospects comprising of business leaders form fortune 500 companies.

- Nurture the relationship from first interaction to a closing of sales.

- Create leads using direct mail, internet marketing, community networking, cold/ warm calling & lead generation.

- Master the market and product knowledge required to deliver our sales efforts

- Align with company sales strategies and execute various sales efforts to achieve our business objectives by penetrating the market.

- Organize periodic webinars and meetings with prospects/clients as well as US team members

- Document reports on performance versus targets.

- Maintain effective work behavior in the face of pressure and setbacks. Successfully adapt to changing demands and conditions.

- Demonstrate clear planning skills. Translate business objectives into functional activities.

Mandatory Skills :

Linguistic proficiency- excellent verbal & written communication skills in English Self-Starter, Good analytical and listening skills, Never say die attitude, Strong sales background and selling abilities
