TechWish - Manager - Business Development/Sales (2-5 yrs)
JOB BRIEF:
- We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Executive to help us expand our reach with the Specifier community and create positive brand awareness.
- He/She will be the face of the company and will have to plan, generate & create the demand for the brand.
Requirements :
- Excellent communication skills.
- Decision making, execution, handling pressure.
- Customer-focused, while maintaining timeline.
- Adaptive learner, adaptable, good to people relation, presentable.
- Good at using MS-Office, Google suit, Internet based tools & workspaces.
- Has good listening & persuasive skills & ability to overcome objections.
Responsibility :
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Create demand and specify the products with the architectural/consultant community,
including code compliance for new construction projects as well as for retrofit projects provide solutions and proposal for specifiers on product application requirements.
- Maintain 3-way communication with installer partner, specifiers, and sales team.
- Work in conjunction with engineering and support team to provide a positive customer
experience and deliver on pre & post sales project commitments.
- Maintain excellent industry/competitor product knowledge by reviewing and understanding market data of competitive activity. Adapt to changes in the marketplace.
- Utilize CRM and specification writing tools.
- Working closely with marketing team to conduct business events for installers, specifiers, and end customers.
- Willingness to travel to remote locations as and when required.
