Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
2. Manage and administer social media accounts for TechQart and its clients.
3. Create and curate compelling content to be shared across various social media platforms.
4. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
5. Analyse social media metrics and generate reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
6. Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
7. Collaborate with internal teams to align social media efforts with marketing campaigns and overall business objectives.
Qualifications :
1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management.
3. Strong knowledge of various social media platforms.
4. Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content.
5. Must be a storyteller, Scriptwriting is a plus.
6. Must have a proven track record of getting organic reach for its clients.
