Technossus Software Services - Inside Sales Specialist (3-8 yrs)

Anywhere in India/Multiple Locations Job Code: 176782

- Identify, generate appointments and opportunities for core service offerings over the phone.

- Achieve the required quality of outbound calls to prospects to meet a monthly appointment/meetings quota.

- Identify new business opportunities and fully qualify these opportunities in accordance with Technossus sales methodology.

- Maintain CRM data with accuracy. Managing and updating all leads in accordance with the lead management process of CRM.

- Work in team environment with colleagues and stakeholders from across Technossus to achieve business objectives.

- Weekly forecasting using the Customer Centric Selling methodology is necessary.

What we- re looking for:

- Minimum of 3-5 years- experience in Inside Sales; preferably with technical software companies.

- Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship building skills required.

- Must be comfortable speaking with high level decision makers.

- Strong ability to influence at all levels and strong new business development and objection handling skills.

- Excellent written, oral and listening skills required.

- Strong business acumen.

- Demonstrated ability to be proactive and take initiative to get things done.

- Passion for Improving Business Performance and for Your Ongoing Professional Development.

- Technical sales experience is a plus.

- You will thrive if you are Customer Centric and have selling experience with strong customer focus.

- Technical knowledge Cloud Services I Application Development I Product Engineering I

- Quality Engineering I Mobile Application sales.
