Inside Sales Techno Commercial Executive

Job Description

1. Calling active & building relations by call clients to encourage them for appointments. Sending an email of FileAgo product details

2. Need to have a basic understanding of Data Security (Firewall, Data Leak/ Loss Prevention, Data Encryption, 2 Factor Authentication), File Management (Google Drive, Teams, One Drive) & Cloud SAAS (Software as a Service) solutions.

3. Informing clients about FileAgo products/services & accordingly book appointments for demonstration.

4. Bring new partners/Partner customers on board & maintain relationships with the existing partners.

5. Bring new customers on board & maintain a relationship with the existing client for more business.

6. Asking questions to customer & understand their requirements / specification & accordingly pitch the product.

7. Taking & processing the Purchase orders professionally.

8. Maintaining a database of the clients regularly.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree experience in related field.

- Minimum of 4 to 5 years of progressive experience in Inside Sales roles.

- Proven experience in Direct, Channel, Government & Reference Sales

- Knowledge about Data Security (Firewall, Data Leak/ Loss Prevention, Data Encryption, 2 Factor Authentication), File Management (Google Drive, Teams, One Drive) & Cloud SAAS (Software as a Service) solutions

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.

- Strong leadership skills with a collaborative approach to team management.
