Technico-Commercial Role - B2B Sales - Automobile Parts (1-10 yrs)

As part of our client's development to set up a brand of automotive chemicals consumables (professional additives, aerosols and technical products), we are looking for an itinerant salesperson active in German-speaking Switzerland.

- Reporting to the Sales Director, your missions encompass the entire sales process, from pre-sales to after-sales:

- Develop sales with a large panel of customers

- Analyze, understand customer needs

- Define the commercial action plan and establish the tour plan (targeting, contacts, preparation of technical files)

- Carry out product demonstrations, bring innovative solutions to your customers

- Develop commercial proposals and defend them with technical and decision-making partners (Target clientele: Distributors of automotive spare parts, public works workshops, PL, motorcycles, agriculture and industry.)

- Sign deals and follow your customers while guaranteeing their satisfaction

Required profile :

- With a commercial training Bac + 2/3, you are passionate about cars and mechanics with real knowledge

- You like to prospect, develop your client file, without salary limit, in total autonomy.

- We are looking for motivated people with the idea of - taking up new challenges, new challenges.

- The position is open with a minimum of 1 year of experience, training and support are provided when hiring any new employee.

- Fluency in German is essential. Knowledge of an additional language is a plus (English, Italian, French)

- Knowledge of the Swiss market would be an advantage

Advantage :

- On permanent contracts

- Remuneration: FIXED + uncapped and cumulative bonuses
