Technical Writer - Testing & Process Automation Business (1-4 yrs)
Candidate profile:
- Must have done diploma/ certification in Technical Communication.
- Good communication and well versed with English language. US English will be an added advantage.
- Good understanding of how to write manuals for software applications.
- Knowledge of help authoring tools, good in MS Word, making presentations (PPT etc).
- Should be able to use our products, understand and write manuals.
- Study product samples and talk with product designers and developers.
- Proficient in at least one help authoring tool.
- Knowledge of tool for making product videos.
- Good at editing existing content.
- Creative writing will be an added advantage.
- Should be able to do digital marketing and use various social media to promote company products.
