Role :

- Be the primary point of contact for white papers, product descriptions, proposals, and web copy.

- Prepare content by determining concept; gathering and formatting information; writing drafts obtaining approvals. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of producing pieces that increase engagement and drive leads. This position requires a high level of creativity, as well as the ability to use data-driven insights to write better material.

Requirements :

- Research analytics and information technology related topics such as combining online sources,interviews and studies and identify customers- needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics

- Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product, service and documentation requirements

- Determines the clearest and most logical way to present information and instructions for greatest reader comprehension and writes and edits technical information accordingly

- Creates, adapts, and follows project schedules and deadlines

- Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience

- Submit work to designated team leads for input and approval

- Provide suggestions on illustrating articles, also ensure all-around consistency such as style,fonts, images and tone

- Remains up-to-date on technological and product developments as well as universal specifications relevant to his or her industry

Must Have :

- Based out of Mumbai or willing to relocate; can join under 4 weeks or immediately

- Degree in Journalism, Mass Communication or similar prior experience is preferred
