We are looking for a Technical Support Specialists (US Process) for our Office in Gurugram.

About the Team:

- Our support team is focused on providing the best-class experience to our partnered merchants. The team is responsible for providing assistance to customers who have inquiries, complaints, or problems related to a product or service.

- As the Support Associate you will be responsible for providing assistance to customers through various channels such as phone, email, and chat.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Prior experience in Customer Support/Strategy or Relationship Management (SaaS experience Mandatory).

- 1+ year experience in a technical customer support domain handling emails & calls.

- Experience working in rotational shifts.

- Excellent communication and listening skills with good command of English (Versant score 58 or above).

- Should have the ability to multitask and prioritize, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities Include:

- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving their issues or complaints in a timely and effective manner.

- Gathering information about customer needs and utilizing available resources to address their concerns.

- Documenting customer interactions and transactions in a customer relationship management (CRM) system.

- Escalating complex or unresolved issues to higher-level support as needed.
