Technical Support Role - Voice Process - BPO (0-2 yrs)
- Good knowledge about networking like router, switch, DHCP, USB, Bios, DNS, Troubleshooting, Firewall, Boot, Proxy Servers.
- Familiar with operating System like windows or mac etc.
- Must have problem solving ability.
- Demonstrate ownership and willingness to resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Demonstrates confidence and willingness to resolve customer requests or queries.
- Troubleshooting wide area networks, servers and routers, local area networks, and switches.
- Additionally, Can install or upgrade software and hardware.
- Maintain and improve Customer Satisfaction by delivering against those initiatives that have been identified as crucially important during each and every customer support engagement, whether voice or non-voice.
