Technical Support Role - IT (3-6 yrs)
Job Title : Technical Support Engineer with German Proficiency
Location : Bangalore
Experience : 3 to 6 years
Notice Period : 30 days
JD :
24-7 rotational shift
- Candidates to possess minimum German Proficiency level B2.2/B.A. C1, C2/M.A.
- Should be able to communicate with clients in German over emails/calls .
- Should comfortably do technical translation mostly related to software development from German to English .
- Exposure to SLA based project including follow up of tickets, email & Ticket handling and informing stakeholders
- Candidate is responsible for closely monitoring the daily/weekly run schedules . Exposure to UC4 is preferred
- He/ She should be ready for 24/7 shifts. Mandatory to maintain the SLA of tickets with regular follow-up.
- Spoken and written communication skills should be very good
