US Based Product (Public Safety Software) using Microsoft .Net technologies. serving more than 600+ LAW enforcement departments in 17 states in USA.
Responsibilities :
- Trouble Shooting
- Provide Support on Product
- Addressing Customer Quires
Requirements :
Candidates should have American Accent
- Candidates must have experience in US Voice process and customer handling
- Candidate should have the ability to learn Software product & provide support
- Candidates should have experience in trouble shooting process.
- Willing to work for rotational shifts, including night shift
- Only Male candidates.
Experience : 2 yrs - 4 yrs
