Technical Support Role - Inbound Voice Process - BPO (1-3 yrs)
We are hiring for an Inbound Tech Support.
Job role:
Customer will call related to computer issues like Pop up calls/Antivirus issues/Error code messages/Email issues etc. Candidates need to solve these issues and charge a certain amount.
Responsibilities:
- Candidates must be Good in English (communicative / convincing /confident)
- Candidates must have the ability to handle inbound calls.
- Candidates must have basic computer knowledge
- Candidates must be flexible for any shift morning or night
- Candidates must know how to close calls.
- Candidates have to be Experience in tech support inbound or outbound 1 year min.
