Technical Support Role - BPO (1-6 yrs)

SHIFT TIMING: Night shift ( 8 P.m to 6 A.M )
JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
1. Needs to attend calls which will be related to customers issues on the computer, laptops of Windows and Mac devices .
2. Needs to troubleshoot issues which is related to issues like pop up calls / Error codes/ Black Screen/ Lost Contacts / Issues on Itunes like Iphone disable connect to Itunes, Activation lock issues, Contact lost in I phone, Cannot access ICloud Account etc and charge an amount to fix up these issues.
REQUIRED CATEGORIES:
1. English is must.
2. Need candidates who are only experienced with tech sales in International BPO.
3. Needs to know how to close their own calls.
4. Computer basics required.
5. Need to be communicative and fluent in English.
6. Convincing skills required in this profile.
AGE CRITERIA: Till 32 years.
TERMS OF BENEFITS:
1. Salary upto 25000/No deduction based on target.
2. Fixed salary + Huge incentive.
3. Salary credited on 1st of every month .
4. 6 days work and 1 fixed roaster off .
5. 24 Paid Leave + 15 comp offs + paid birthday leave.
6. Can join ASAP.
Interview is held between 11 am to 5 pm from Monday to Saturday.
