Technical Support Role - BPO (1-5 yrs)
Urgent hiring for Technical Support in Gurgaon Location
Need 1 year in BPO industry Only.
Without BPO experience don't apply.
1). A Technical Service Representative is responsible for providing customer service with customers' technical and network issues. And basic knowledge of O365 is preferred.
2). Hands-on Technical support over Voice or Chat both.
3). They perform troubleshooting procedures through remote communication to fix end-users problems on their hardware and software.
4). Office 365 experience is additionally preferred.
5). Technical experience in the BPO industry must Mandatory.
