Technical Support Role - BPO (1-3 yrs)
Job role :
- Resolving Windows, mac, antivirus, Email, Printer and Router issues.
- Provide Tech support to customer and diagnose customer's Issue over calls.
- Advise customers regarding the services and address specific user issues.
- Candidates with minimum 1 year experience in Technical Support can apply
