Technical Support Role - BPO (1-3 yrs)
Job Roles:
Executives will get call related to Windows/ Mac issues. They need to troubleshoot issues and charge an amount to fix up the issues.
Desired Skills:
- Candidates should have min 1 year experience of working in any International BPO.(Inbound/Outbound Process)
- Should speak English fluently.
- Candidates must know how to close calls.
- HS pass or any graduate.
- Can join ASAP.
- Candidates should be flexible to work in night shift
