Technical Support Role - BPO (1-3 yrs)
DESCRIPTION :
- Candidate needs to know how to handle the call and short out the problem like window computer, laptop, any pop-up call, antivirus issues etc they must need to know how to convince the customer for the payroll and must know how to end up the call.
Designation :
- Consultant for tech support
Criteria :
- Must have good convincing power
- Good communication skills with basic Knowledge of computer
- Candidates must be flexible for any shift morning or night
- Candidates should have max 1 year Experience in tech support inbound or outbound process.
- Candidate needs to be flexible
Note:
