Technical Support Role (0-2 yrs)

- Provide support to internal/external customers while adhering to the set SLA parameters
- Customer response and engagement
- Cross-functional communication and coordination
- Compliance and SOPs
- Ability to solve and isolate complex technical/business problems with the ability to interact with people at all levels.
- Have to work on Network troubleshooting including service and support on networking products such as routers, switches, wireless devices, etc.
- Excellent communication skills are required.
- Both side cab facility available( preferred candidates from Whitefield & Electronic City )
- Immediate joiners required
- Rotational shift and rotational week off.
- 3.3LPA+5K shift allowance.
