Customer Advocacy Engineer for an European invested Indian MSE..

As the customer advocacy Engineer for Legor Group a growing brand in Indian subcontinent, you will take ownership to develop the sales and business development in your territory

1. Working cross functionally, you strategize sales in your territory

2. New Customer acquisition.

3. Travelling to visit potential clients.

4. Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers.

5. Just sell ..sell and sell.

This role will allow you to be part of a rapidly growing company with amazing opportunities

How you will make an impact :

- Own a business product line either or Territory for the organisation.

- Work to understand the specific needs of customer requirement and organise process to personalise or service them differently to encourage continuous usage .

- Build strong, long lasting relationships with your client through great service, and empathy.

- Always be problem solving --!

- Work collaboratively alongside all departments to ensure that the customer is receiving the utmost support and satisfaction

- Strong decision making and energy

- Technical graduate with selling focus

- Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales

- Selling products and services using solid scientific arguments.

- Performing cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers

Must have :

- Bachelor of Engineer with primary schooling in English medium

- 2+ years of experience with a Customer Account Management, Customer Experience, or any similar role

- 1+ years- experience utilizing a CRM software system.

- Excellent presentation and proficiency in English

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to understand requests for assistance and resolve them quickly and accurately

- Adaptively intelligent to understand commercial strategies.

- Excellent time management skills

- Bonus points for developing the sales for a technical product
