Technical Sales Role - Inbound Process - BPO (1-5 yrs)
Adeeba e-services are looking for experienced candidates in the International Inbound Tech Support process.
Candidate Profile :
- Eligibility criteria are minimum 10 months-1 years of working experience in International Outbound/ Inbound Tech Support Process and must be flexible in Night Shifts.
- Must have Experienced in handling calls of printers, routers, and antiviruses.
- Experience in troubleshooting technical issues related to- Computer, Printer, Broadband, router, Email issues, Mac, i-Phone, i-Pad
- Must know how to close their own calls / can take remote access.
- Must be fluent in English
- Candidates must be able to join immediately.
- Salary: Rs.15000-26000/month (fixed) + Huge Incentive.
Shift: US Shift (10 pm-8 am)
Working Days: 6 days / one rotational off
