Summary :

We are hiring candidates with Exp in Tech support inbound or outbound Exp who knows how to take remote access or payment from the customer.

Responsibilities and Duties : 

Job Role:

Need to receive calls and troubleshoot issues calls like pop up calls,error code message on the screen/mac issues like I-phone disable connect to i-tunes,activation lock,i-cloud issues etc.customer will call regarding laptops and desktop of windows devices,mac devices like i-phones of any model number,i-pads,mac pro etc.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications : 

- Require good command in English

- Require experience in tech support sales from international Process

- Require candidates who can close their own calls

- Candidate who can pitch till the payment page and has convinced the customer to pay can also apply

- Candidate need to be flexible

Candidates who knows German/French/Polish/Spanish can apply or any other European calls

Qualification:

12 pass or Graduated
