Salary - 15,000/-to 50,000/-per-month Plus 2 rupees per dollar Incentive
Shift Timing - 9 pm to 6am

JOB PROFILE:-
- Handling US customers and providing VOICE based technical support.
- Completely responsible for troubleshooting Network & OS related issues.
- Should possess basic knowledge on networking concepts.
- Open to feedback & learning.
- Accurately capturing required customer details (as and when required with prior approval)
