Technical Sales Role (2-4 yrs)
Position- Technical Sales Agent
Location- Kolkata (West Bengal)
Summary :
- Need to receive inbound calls related to Window & Mac devices.
- Do fresh sells & if require do up-selling
- Require to convert inbound calls into sales by providing them basic technical support
Conditions :
- Candidates should have excellent communication skills
- Candidate should have at-least 1.5 yrs of exp. in Technical sales Process
- Candidate should have trouble shooting knowledge about (window/printer/router/X-box/quick Book/Mac)
- Candidate should know to close their own calls
