Technical Sales Executive - Customer Service - BPO (1-2 yrs)

Job Summary 

Technical Sales Executives are required to answer calls from clients all across United States and Canada. Need to acknowledge customer's query and help them to resolve their issues with the computers or its peripherals. This involves sales and support from our end.

Roles & Responsibility

- Understanding the Technical issues and converting those concerns into Sales

- Responsible for providing technical support Assistance to US customer.

- Responsible for troubleshooting the issues related to desktop, laptops, printers, emails, phone

- Responsible to sale the packages to the US Customers

- Responsible to work on calls

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Applicants must have really good communication skill and basic customer service skills with a zeal to learn in a competitive environment. Prior experience in technical sales domain is mandatory (Minimum 1 Year).
