Technical Sales Engineer (FAE)- Electronics & Semi conductors.

We are providing hiring support for Japanese based MNC company into Electronics and Semiconductors Industry.

JOB Description :

Functional Relationships :

- Mission is to make business happen as account owner.

- Collaborating technical support team in Singapore office which is Regional HQ and Japan HQ, candidate is required to proceed all business opportunities together with them until we get order from customers.

- By communicating/sharing information, OPPs with US, Europe, China and Japan team as an account owner, to maximize OPPs. (Making new business models/schemes, linking purchasing team with R&D team etc.)

Position Profile :

- Based in Bangalore, India.

- Candidate is required to travel within India.

Key Duties & Responsibilities :

- As an account owner, to make/maintain relationship with right persons in unknown/known customers in order to get business opportunities (OPPs) and information which we can proceed business opportunities until receiving orders.

- Candidate should be able to collect basic information (customer organization/role, roadmap, needs, project schedule, share, competitors information, technical trend customers are aiming at etc.) from customers and internal organizations/persons.

- Candidate is required to promote all products in order to get OPPs and cultivate demands/needs in customer side.

- To perform presentations including technical one to customers and understanding of customers project specifications and needs.

- By listening to needs of customers/OPPs and understanding it, to propose 1st cut idea in order for technical support team to understand what we can sell and arrange meetings with right persons (Internal/external).

- To report what you discussed with customers and internal supporters in our system.

- In report, candidate is required to mention fact and estimation separately to provide right messages.

- To study various market information/trend which our clients are focusing on in order to make suitable proposals.

- To keep updating opportunities by adding progress regularly.

- To have capability to review/analyze result/facts in order to make better idea to take actions.

- Meet Yearly Sales plan by executing product sales policy & strategies.

- Responsible to drive product design-in activities to IC manufacturers (BOM-IN activity) and also direct customers. (OEMs, Design Houses, IT companies, .etc.)

- Should understand how to work as Seeder sales.

- Based on that understanding, candidate should aim to maximize business chances as whole company.

- To make business model.

Pattern A Business - Promotion Activity to India IT Company's design service project :

- Main role is to promote products to seeder 1.

- Approach to practice team to explore targeted opportunities and promote products to them. Inform to India sales team to execute design in activity to those opportunities.

- Approach to delivery team who is in customer site or in delivery center in US for products promotion.

- Communicate with EMS/OEM sales team to make Seeder Harvester linkage and align the strategy to promote products to found opportunities.

- Align and create promotion strategy with US PE team and with S9M1/India support team.

Pattern B Business - solution business to an opportunity from targeted accounts :

- Cooperate with sales team in customer side to identify potential opportunities and support all process until close a contract.

- Discover opportunities with sales team

- Decide approach to the opportunity with - S9M1/India Support team.

- Manage proposal making with India IT's practice members and work with India Support team.

- Create standard scheme of Pattern B business in US and implement it to standard scheme.

Pattern C Business - Joint go to market with advanced PoC synergy with India IT capability and strength. Create scenario and design go to market strategy to create more sales from market and make better positioning in a market.

- Create scenario to maximize business by utilizing India ITs- capability and its strength.

- Design go to market strategy by covering Our Sales Strategy and Next 3 core market strategy.

- Design go to market strategy by making clear differentiation of PoC concept with Singapore PE and S9M1/India support team.

- Manage and execute a Joint go to market project cooperating with stakeholders.

Candidate profile :

- We preferred candidate having experience in MNC companies 3 to 5 yrs in Electronics Industries Sales.

- Excellent technical knowledge, Excel skill (like Vlookup, pivot, graph etc)

- We are offering to the max 6.5 lakhs per annum.
