Technical Sales Associate - International Voice - BPO (1-10 yrs)
Title: Sales Associate
Reports to: Subject Matter expert/ Team Lead Sales
Based at: Gurgaon
Job Description-
Ability to understand/ diagnose the customer's technical problem and action accordingly.
Responsible for individual sales revenue target (predetermined by the business).
Handling irate/demanding customers - where necessary, in a tactical manner.
Achieve Call Quality requirements as outlined via Call Monitoring Guidelines
Emphasizing on key words, handling objections and using product/service benefits to respond to customer's queries
Open to feedback & learning
Skills Required-
Should have sound knowledge of latest/upcoming products/processes & services
Should have excellent English communication skills.
Open to work in 24x7 / rotational shifts.
Minimum 12 months of relevant experience in an International Voice based process.
Experience in inbound Technical Sales.
Bachelor's Degree/3 years diploma/12th passed out in 2011 or prior/Graduation drop out.
