We are urgently looking for Technical Product Writers for US based Start up company with flexibilty to work from home .(FEMALES OR DISABLED PEOPLE PREFERRED)
Role Involves :
Providing accurate documentation of customer inquiries, requests, and resolutions.
Reviewing and enhancing all written and video tutorials in our support knowledge base
Collaborating with the US team, design and implement a social media marketing plan.
Actively learn about the nonprofit space and ghostwrite blog posts about the industry.
Desired Profile:
Bachelors degree in business, marketing, communications or a related field.
Proficient in using social media, spreadsheets and analytics.
Excellent understanding of WordPress, G-Suite, and MS Office.
Experience -3-5 yrs
