Job Description :

- As a Technical Writer Extraordinaire, you will work closely with our Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers to create user guides, manuals, and online help for our products. You Will be responsible for ensuring that our documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easy to understand for our customers.

Your responsibilities will include :

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to obtain a comprehensive understanding of our products and documentation requirements.

- Crafting high-quality documentation that not only meets applicable standards but also makes our users go "Wow, that's easy to understand!"

- Developing crystal-clear user interface text, online help, and developer guides that make technical jargon sound like a walk in the park.

- Creating engaging tutorials that turn our end-users into true product wizards.

- Analyzing existing and potential content with a keen eye for spotting opportunities for content reuse and single-sourcing.

- Designing and maintaining a well-organized information architecture.

We are looking for someone with :

- A proven track record in technical writing with 1-3 years of experience creating high-quality software documentation and almost obsessive attention to detail.

- Excellent written communication skills, with a talent for making complex technical concepts easy to understand.

- Proficiency in the MS Office suite.

- A keen understanding of the SaaS industry, including the latest trends, developments, and best practices.

- A university degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent - but don't worry, we'll still consider you if can wow us with your writing skills
