Technical Content Writer (3-6 yrs)

Job description : 

- Plan, analyze, and author high-quality technical documentation with thorough requirement analysis/information gathering.


- Create a content calendar with an organized deadline trajectory.


- Constantly engage with development teams and other SMEs to check for new features of the product and develop a knowledge base in the team.


- Interact with the Marketing team and gather information related to the upcoming products and features.


- Create e Books, white papers, research reports, blogs, social media and other pieces of high value content.


- Edit and polish existing content to improve readability.


- Conduct keyword research and use SEO best practices to increase traffic to the company website.


- Identify customers needs and recommend new content to address gaps in the company's current content.


- Exceptional technical writing and editing skills, as well as the ability to adopt the style, tone, and voice of our business various types of content.

Requirements :

- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical content writing for SaaS products


- Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail


- A demonstrated command of English. They must be able to communicate clearly, concisely, and with proper grammar.


- Should have proven skills in content marketing, content growth and SEO.


- Should have good experience in comparison study for competitors- products and contributed to product road map.


- Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics.


- Ability to work on multiple projects with different objectives simultaneously.


- Keep up to date with the latest media and industry trends.


- Have a clear, distinct voice that can be showcased in a creative way and have fun while at it.
