Technical Content Developer - Digital Firm (5-8 yrs)

As a Technical Content Developer, you will work cross-functionally to craft sophisticated technical content for data products and solutions targeting customers, field technical teams, and partners. This position involves close collaboration with the Product and Product Marketing teams to align with the company's strategic initiatives within your area of technical expertise. Furthermore, you may liaise with third-party vendors as necessary to fulfil corporate objectives concerning product development and industry best practices.


- Develop and execute the technical content marketing strategy to enhance leadership and drive customer acquisition.

- Create product demo videos, tutorials, and documentation to support self-service sign-up and adoption.

- Produce technical blogs, white papers, presentations, videos, and demonstrations for our data and integration solutions.

- Support product launch activities and contribute to trade shows, conferences, and technical sales training.

- Simplify and effectively communicate reference architecture and product portfolio marketecture.

- Collaborate closely with product marketing and campaign owners to develop high-quality technical content that meets campaign goals.

- Respond to customer and field inquiries, working with a cross-functional team of Product Managers and Sales Engineers as needed.

- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Manager.


- Ability to create content and manage multiple cross-functional content initiatives.

- Experience with C# OR Java OR Python, or any other programming language.

- Strong knowledge of SQL is mandatory.

- Experience with BI reporting tools.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills.

- Proven experience in content creation, such as blog posts, presentations, videos, demos, and reference architectures.

- Ability to deliver training materials and other group communications clearly and professionally.

- Effective team player.

- Skilled in analysing complex issues where in-depth evaluation of data or situations is required.

- Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced software scale-up environment.

- Bachelor's degree in a related technical field or equivalent experience.


During the initial 4-6 months, you will work part-time with the Technical Support team to gain a comprehensive understanding of our products and customer base. This foundational experience is crucial for creating clear and effective content. While collaborating with the tech support team, your responsibilities will include the following. (Note: This immersion is vital for mastering the company's products and services, enabling you to produce outstanding content and materials.)
