Job Role :

- As the Performance Marketing Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective paid marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, increase customer engagement, and generate leads for our clients. You will collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns, optimize performance, and achieve client objectives. The ideal candidate is a creative and data-driven individual with a proven track record of managing successful paid campaigns on social media platforms .

Job Responsibilities :


- Develop and execute comprehensive social media marketing strategies, focusing on paid campaigns, to achieve client objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).


- Research and identify target audiences and tailor campaign strategies to reach and engage them effectively.


- Plan, create, and optimize paid social media campaigns across various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.


- Conduct thorough keyword research and competitor analysis to inform campaign targeting and messaging.


- Create compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages that align with the client's brand and drive conversions.


- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports and insights to clients and internal stakeholders.


- Continuously optimize campaigns to improve ROI, click-through rates (CTRs), conversion rates, and other relevant metrics.


- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform updates to ensure campaign effectiveness and innovation.


- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign integration and consistency, including designers, content writers, and account managers.


- Conduct A/B testing and implement innovative strategies to enhance campaign performance and audience targeting.


- Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.


- Keep track of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for growth.
