Job Summary :

- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to drive the growth of smart IoT devices for high rise buildings in India. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing business opportunities, establishing partnerships, and building a strong network within the real estate and construction industry. Your primary focus will be on promoting and selling our range of smart IoT devices tailored for high rise buildings to enhance efficiency, automation, and connectivity.

- As a Business Development Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, engineering, and product management, to develop and execute strategies to penetrate the market, acquire new clients, and meet revenue targets. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and rapidly evolving industry and contribute to the digital transformation of the real estate sector.

Responsibilities :

- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitive landscape in the smart IoT devices segment for high rise buildings.

- Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to target key accounts and achieve sales objectives.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including real estate developers, architects, consultants, and construction firms.

- Generate leads, conduct sales presentations, and negotiate contracts with potential clients to secure new business opportunities.

- Collaborate with the product management team to provide insights and feedback on customer requirements, market demands, and emerging trends.

- Monitor industry developments and technology advancements related to smart IoT devices, staying updated on new product offerings and potential partnerships.

- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to represent the company and promote our smart IoT solutions.

- Prepare and deliver sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to the senior management team, highlighting key performance indicators and market insights.

- Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful project implementation and customer satisfaction.

- Identify and resolve customer concerns, issues, and complaints in a timely and effective manner.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

- Proven track record of at least 5 years in business development or sales roles, preferably within the IoT industry or related technology sectors.

- Strong understanding of the real estate and construction industry in India, including knowledge of high rise building projects and associated decision-making processes.

- Experience selling IoT or technology solutions to commercial clients, with a focus on building long-term relationships and driving revenue growth.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders at various levels of an organization.

- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying business opportunities and solving problems.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

- Familiarity with IoT platforms, connectivity protocols, and emerging technologies is a plus.

- Willingness to travel frequently within India.
