Job Description (JD):

Job Summary:

As a Tele Caller in our technology company, you will play a vital role in connecting with potential clients, understanding their technology needs, and promoting our products and services. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in technology and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calling:

- Initiate outbound calls to prospects within the technology sector.

- Introduce and explain our technology solutions, products, and services.

Lead Qualification:

- Qualify leads through effective questioning and understanding of client requirements.

- Document relevant information and update the CRM system.

Product Knowledge:

- Stay up-to-date on the features, functionalities, and applications of our technology products.

- Effectively communicate technical information to potential clients.

Customer Engagement:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients over the phone.

- Address technical queries and provide basic technical support when needed.

Sales Collaboration:

- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.

- Provide insights on client needs and preferences to enhance the sales strategy.

Achieve Targets:

- Meet or exceed daily and monthly targets for lead generation and conversion.

- Work towards achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) related to technology sales.

Reporting:

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and outcomes.

- Provide regular reports on call performance and lead conversion.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

- 1 to 2 years of experience in telecalling or a similar role, preferably in the technology sector.

- Strong understanding of technology products and services.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills.

- Ability to adapt communication style to different technical backgrounds.
