Tech Talks India is an online platform for collaborating technical graduates and learning centers to promote the idea of continuous learning for sustenance in the software industry and reducing the resource wastage in recruitment domain by conducting general-purpose online and offline technical examination for graduates and postgraduates hailing from an engineering background.

Tech Talks India is a fast-growing startup and hence needs Business Representatives who can act like the face of the company and pitch business to clients and customers or even strategize new business models and path. The position of Business Development Associate is not only restricted to exploring field experience but also online marketing.

Educational Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. (Any Department) / BCA / B.SC

Roles and Responsibilities include:

1. Create and maintain advertising content for the organization to attract visitors.

2. Create and maintain Emails for the subscribers on a daily basis.

3. Create and maintain reports and analysis for existing business, clients and partners associated with the company.

4. Follow-up on the effective return on investment (ROI);

5. Research new online media opportunities that may benefit the business including mobile, social media, development of blogs and forums;

6. Communicate with clients, users, affiliated networks and affiliated partners.

7. Contribute to social media engagement and brand awareness campaigns on Whatsapp, LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter.

8. Use web analytics software to monitor the performance of client websites and make recommendations for improvement;

9. Contribute to company and industry blogs and manage e-communications;

10. Assist with paid media - including liaising with digital advertising agencies.

11. Develop and integrate content marketing strategies;

12. Keep up to date with current digital trends;

13. Manage the contact database and assist with lead generation activities

Probation: First 6 Months of employment will be probationary.
