- Monitor ad performance and adjust strategies for maximum impact.

- Social Media Analytics : Utilize social media analytics tools to measure and analyze the performance of social media campaigns.

- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

Website Analytics :

- Use tools like Google Analytics to track website traffic, user behavior, and performance metrics. Implement strategies to enhance website engagement and user experience.

Basics of SEO :

- Implement basic SEO strategies to optimize website content for search engines. Stay informed about SEO trends and algorithm changes.

Marketing Automation Tools :

- Apply knowledge of marketing automation tools to streamline and optimize marketing processes.

Social Media Management :

- Oversee social media presence for both parent and accessory brands.

- Ensure consistency in brand messaging across different platforms.

Creative Briefs :

- Draft and coordinate creative briefs for various assets, including creatives, videos, and graphics. Collaborate with creative teams to ensure alignment with brand guidelines.

Design and Content Briefs :

- Provide strategic input and briefs for marketing tools such as brochures, flyers, presentations, B2B videos, and other content.

- Ensure that design and content align with brand objectives.

Budgeting :

- Manage and allocate budgets for digital marketing campaigns effectively.

- Monitor expenses and optimize spending for maximum ROI.

Hands-On Presentation Skills :

- Demonstrate effective presentation skills for internal and external stakeholders.

- Clearly articulate marketing strategies and campaign results.

Agency Relations :

- Build and maintain strong relationships with external agencies.

- Collaborate with agencies to achieve marketing goals and objectives.

Who You'll Need to Be :

- Proven work experience in Social Media Marketing.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Good presentation skills with attention to details.

- Should have good copy writing and editing skills.
