Eligibility Criteria's we are looking for :
- Should possess excellent Voice Communication skills.
- Both Freshers & Experience can apply.
- Should know basics of computer and knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and latest operating systems
- Should be comfortable to work in 24- 7 shifts including Rotational & Night shifts.
- Should be flexible to work from office
- 5 Days working & 2 Rotational week off.
- Immediate Joiners Preferred.
- Candidates should be fully vaccinated.

- Escalates customer issues appropriately and correctly.
- Demonstrates timely accurate and professional customer service
- Maintains a positive and professional demeanor and portrays the company in a positive light.
- Maintains productivity and quality standards
- Actively seeks solutions and identifies trends to appropriate personnel including possible solutions or suggestions
- Demonstrates appropriate sense of urgency for customer responses.
