Skills Required :
1. Excellent English communication skills.
2. Excellent logical reasoning.
3. Candidate should be able to handle queries.
4. Candidate should be flexible to work in 24- 7 environments, comfortable to work in night shifts.
5. Candidate should be comfortable working with WFO as per business requirements.
6. Candidate should have at least 6 month experience in International Voice Process or International Chat.
