Teamwork Communication Group - Content Specialist (4-6 yrs)
- Writing Invitation letters/pitches for government leaders/speech and message on behalf of CEO.
- Communication/coordination with advisory board members. Content writing/editing for all marketing collaterals: brochure, leaflets, website, social media message etc.
- Sourcing/editing articles of IHW souvenir. (Articles will be sourced from industry luminaries, star speakers, sponsors and also a few on the basis of commercial arrangement).
- Content for social media (Twitter/fb/linked in) and direct mailers - as per the timeline of respective campaigns.
- Assist CEO in researching and following up with action on matters which fall within the CEO's responsibility - chasing responses, triggering follow-up action. Produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations for the CEO
- Preparing agendas, pre-meeting briefings and meeting papers.
