Teamwork Arts - Executive - Public Relations (1-2 yrs)
Qualification & Experience :
- Candidate should be a corporate comm/PR Graduate.
- Should have minimum 1-2 years of experience in Public relations with Events & Entertainment/Arts foundation/PR Agency/FMCG/advertising sector.
- Strong network of media contacts and influencers in the arts sector.
- Exceptional communication skills and writing skills with a proven track record of handling PR and communication functions.
- Creative thinking and the ability to develop unique PR campaigns for artists and projects
- Crisis management and problem-solving abilities
Profile Summary :
- Identify target audiences, key messages, and appropriate channels for communication.
- Cultivate relationships with journalists, reporters, editors, and influencers within the arts and entertainment industry.
- Pitch stories, press releases, and artist profiles to secure media coverage.
- You will be responsible for developing and executing effective public relations strategies to enhance the company's reputation, promote its projects, and maintain positive relationships with various stakeholders.
- You will be required to collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure successful communication and branding efforts.
Job Role :
- Planning, developing and implementing PR strategies; researching, writing and distributing press releases to targeted media; collating and analyzing media coverage
- The incumbent should have strong social understanding with political acumen while ensuring the successful implementation of PR campaigns, coordinate with third party vendors, agencies, manage its content and maximize its use as communication means along with the
- Implementation and circulation of Newsletters across the Print, Electronic as well as Social Media.
- Delivery of PR activities through effectively understanding Festivals needs.
- Research, develop and implement PR campaigns for Festivals.
- Mapping the movement of competitors and industry counterparts, making strategic plans for establishing greater awareness about the operations of the organization.
- Meeting and networking with media people, report writing, event endorsement, organization of press conferences, plan and execute product launches, media roundtables etc.
- Should have complete understating on all the channel for Media- Digital, mobile Print nationally as well as Internationally
- Should be able to leverage industry knowledge to provide key insights and strategic recommendations for Below The Line marketing thrust.
- Should have good experience in planning experience with a proven expertise in building cross platform integrated campaigns, the deliver real results in the below-the-line space
