TeamLease - Inside Sales Specialist (1-10 yrs)
This will be an individual contributor role to be based out of PAN India Location. He/ She can be a graduate in any stream with 3 to 5 years of experience in a software/B2B/SAAS based Product Company. He or she should have a "smile and dial" approach to the job. Must have great communication skills, both written and spoken. Should be able to process a large number of transactions in a day.
1) Will be responsible for lead generation via both inbound and outbound outreach, emails and calls.
2) Should be able to handle initial customer interaction, do first level pitches and go through the lead qualification process.
3) Should have an IT background, or be able to grasp IT concepts
4) Will be measured on the activity levels and number of leads generated/ qualified
5) Needs to work closely with the email marketing team
6) Will be responsible for overall pipeline management from a CRM standpoint, familiarity with SFDC is preferable
7) Should do basic research on the background of the customer, before calling.
Requirements :
1 )Have excellent communication skills - high fluency in English.
2) Source new sales opportunities majorly through cold calling supported by emailing
3) Research accounts and identify key players
4) Have a strong consumer mindset
5) Manage initial customer interactions, and do the first level pitch
6) Preferably have an IT background, or be able to grasp IT concepts
7) Work closely with the email marketing team
