Job Description :
- Manage sales team and provide leadership and training
- Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues
- Set individual sales targets with sales team
- Track, collate and interpret sales figures and reporting
- Client acquisition for Equity Broking & other financial/wealth products and services like - MF/PMS/Advisory/FX Advisory/NBFC/Global PMS etc.
- Educate & increase awareness about PCIPL products
- Follow up with existing clients for cross sales and sustained business
- Job involves multi channel handling and multi product selling skills
- Creating marketing plans and strategies for campaigns
- Candidate can be from Broking/Insurance/AMC/Banks with Graduate/Post Graduate degree & 1-5 years of work experience
- Confident and assertive, good communication and relationship management skills is a must.

- Age : 24 to 38 Years
