Team Sales Manager - Insurance (2-11 yrs)
Job Purpose:
The Associate Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and achieving business targets through the development and management of a team of financial consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business and achieve sales targets set by the organization
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve the set targets
- Conduct product presentations and educate customers about the features and benefits of the insurance products
- Process insurance applications and ensure timely delivery of insurance policies to customers
- Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures and regulatory guidelines
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
