Team Sales Manager - eCommerce (2-5 yrs)

Role & Responsibilities
- Motivational speaking experience
- Proven success rate at levels above sales quota
- Recruit, hire and train the sales team
- Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed
- Maintains national sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- Implement national sales programs by developing field sales action plans
- Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitor
- Building and maintaining client relations
- Work with internal departments such as the Marketing or Product teams to engage audiences and clients more deeply
- Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets
Requirements:
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Graduate / MBA Candidates are compulsory
- 2+ Years- Experience with Candidates
- Age - 23 to 38 years
