Responsibility :

- Responsible for generation of revenues the Sales Channel.

- Responsible for Achieving the Business Objectives Sales Team for the Branch and meet the Value, Volume and channel Productivity.

- Responsible for leading a large Sales Channel comprising of Team Leaders and Sales.

- Executives and ensuring Recruitment, Training, Retention and Mentoring of Sales teams.

- Experience in handling large team

- Follows organizations policies and processes.

- Lead-Based Work

- Handling Existing and New customers of our channel partner

- Build and maintain a relationship with your team and channel partner

- Generate a Leads through channel partner and close the leads

- Pre- and post-sales support

Candidate Requirements :

Any Graduate

- Min 2 years of sales and marketing experience in any sector / BFSI

- Good Communication skills

- Presentation skills

- Analytic skills

- Team handling experience
