- Creating and putting into practice successful sales techniques in order to reach and surpass revenue goals.
- To guarantee excellent performance and productivity, the sales crew needs to be led, inspired, and trained. building and keeping solid connections with partners and customers in order to increase the clientele.
- Tracking sales indicators and conducting data analysis to pinpoint areas in need of enhancement.
- Working together to improve sales efforts and product expertise with the marketing and product teams.
- Taking part in important client talks and contract signings in order to promote corporate success.
- Creating recurring sales projections and reporting for the management group.
- Setting and meeting ambitious sales targets while abiding by the rules and guidelines of the organisation.
