Team Manager - Sales - Resort/Hotel (5-10 yrs)
JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Purpose :
- To maximize the sales of a company's goods or services in many different settings. The incumbent is also involved with identifying new markets and business opportunities.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- To handle venue sales.
- To handle sales team
- Should be able to plan & execute the monthly sales plan
- Should possess good leadership quality
- Be a good motivator for his team
- Must be result oriented
- To keep abreast of New Products and services and undertake training as and when required.
- Any other activities as defined by the Regional Manager.
Desired Candidate Profile
Locations : Munnar / Wayanad / Cochin
Graduate / MBA with 5 Years + experience in Resort/Hotel industry, FM Industry/Media and Real Estate
