- Responsible for recruitment of agents through various sources
- Achievement of business targets
- Accountable for training and development of each Agents.
- Suggesting new services that may be of interest to clients.
- Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services
Required Candidate Profile :
- 2 to 3 Years of experience in sales and marketing
- Excellent communication skills
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Strong relationship building skills
- Management and leadership skills
Salary: 2.40 to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Performance Bonus + Others
