Team Manager - Sales - EduTech (2-7 yrs)
We are currently hiring for the role of Team Leader to run operations for Toppr for outbound calling (domestic) process. Its a 6 day working role with weekends working and weeklyoff on Tuesdays.
The profile involves :
- Running daily operations and fixing issues that arise
- Motivate and manage the team of Relationship Managers to achieve their daily targets
- Measure productivity - no. of calls made and conversions from calls to potential sales
- Data Analysis
- Manage staffing and exits
Requirements :
- Required 2- 3 yrs of team handling experience
- Min graduation
- Excellent communication skills
- Very good leadership skills with ability to motivate the team
- Problem solving skills
