Team Sales Manager
- Sales managers are accountable for showing sales teams to acquire sales targets. Sales supervisors are primarily tasked with hiring and training team associates, setting quotas, evaluating and adjusting performance, and developing processes that drive sales.
Roles and responsibilities :
- Recruit, hire and train the sales team.
- Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed.
- Develop individual quotas and assign territories for team members.
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts.
- Recruitment and development of quality advisors.
- Recruiting by selling career opportunities to prospective advisors.
